Hey, peeps... its been quite a while ive updated my blog...
Just F.Y.I, the previous post were my labels from the past posts... at the end of each month, i will gather all the post to make a new post...

Anyways, been trying really, really, super, duper, hard to keep fit and lose a significant amount of weight....
The problem i have is that i am not able to push myself when i ran alone...
Thanks to *abang sapau*, managed to push myself to run 6 km in about 45 mins...
hahak, oh well.. Hope can keep this up (:
